The most important thing is to ensure that the scoreboard, control tablet, media, and sound are working before the game starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns client-guide-subgrid is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column client-guide-box is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepare the system<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list client-guide-checklist\">\n<li>Ensure the control tablet is charged and running.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check that the connection indicator is green.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the correct species from the species selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a match or open the required match view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer team names, logos and other media from the USB stick.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column client-guide-box is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Test before playing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list client-guide-checklist\">\n<li>Check that the team names and logos are displayed correctly on the scoreboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test the game clock, points, and other sport-specific buttons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test advertisements, videos and other display media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the buzzer, sounds and announcements can be heard through the venue's sound system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are using an HDMI source, check that the image is displayed and then return the source back to the input board after testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group client-guide-note\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The sounds are important to test beforehand<\/strong><br>Sound issues are often only noticed when the match starts. Test the buzzer, videos, and any announcements beforehand.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"lajit\" class=\"wp-block-group client-guide-section\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading client-guide-section__title\">Sports-specific instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open the instructions for the sport being used. The transparent logo is saved in PNG format. Ensure the visibility of images, videos and logos before the event.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"usb\" class=\"wp-block-group client-guide-section\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading client-guide-section__title\">USB drive folder structure<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Create a folder at the root of the USB stick <code>dsbController<\/code>. Save the material under it in the following folders.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group client-guide-note\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use an NTFS-formatted USB stick. Only NTFS is supported. The first line is the team name.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><code>horn.mp3<\/code><\/td><td>My buzzer <code>media<\/code>-folder.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the manual material of the controller <strong>Show video<\/strong>- or <strong>Play sound<\/strong> -feature. Use clear file names and test the material before the match.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jos <code>goal<\/code>folder doesn't have its own goal video, the system default video will be used. Custom goal horn sound is saved as a file <code>media\/horn.mp3<\/code>; if no file of your own is provided, the default buzzer is used.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"logokirjasto\" class=\"wp-block-group client-guide-section\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading client-guide-section__title\">Use of the floorball logo library<\/h2>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list client-guide-workflow\">\n<li>Bring the USB stick's material before choosing the logos.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Select floorball and tap the current logo or the grey one <strong>LOGO<\/strong>button.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Select both teams' logos. The file name will form the team name. A grey LOGO means that no logo has been selected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group client-guide-note\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Connecting a USB stick resets the logo selections. Please reselect the logos afterwards. Simply selecting the logo keeps the other files.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note on the team name:<\/strong> If a team name has already been imported into the system from a USB memory stick, the logo selector will not apply the team name corresponding to the selected logo.
