But. Skills go out of date, whereas a person's character and inner world remain. Calmness, conscientiousness, reliability, curiosity, openness, perseverance, and a genuine ability and desire to learn are traits that cannot be taught on a course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My own experience has taught me the following: When you choose the right attitude for the team and genuinely care about the person, deep trust is born. That is when they grow, flourish and stay loyal to their employer until the end of time.
