Medialiiga is a domestic outdoor advertising company that offers digital outdoor advertising on roadside screens across Finland. Medialiiga started its operations in 2012 and has already implemented thousands of digital outdoor advertising campaigns on their roadside screen network. 

Jidoka's and Medialiiga's collaboration began at the start of 2023 when we started supplying and replacing LED display surfaces on existing displays for Medialiiga. A little later, we also moved on to ordering, assembling, and installing new display devices, frames, and their LED screens. In addition, over the last couple of years, we have participated in the authority work concerning permits for new display locations. Our long-term cooperation indicates effective solutions, reliable delivery, and a shared quality standard. We have already supplied dozens of displays to Medialiiga across Finland, including to Pirkanmaa, Varsinais-Suomi, Uusimaa, and Satakunta, among other regions. We always consider the sizes, resolutions, and potential double-sidedness of the displays according to the needs of Medialiiga and the location. The end results have been impressive and eye-catching roadside displays.

Medialiiga's roadside screens are located in highly visible places, for example on city access routes and near shopping centres, where they reach a large number of passers-by daily. One of the most prominent locations in our collaboration is on the Raision Ohikulkutie, where we implemented an impressive 33 m² digital roadside screen for Medialiiga near Turku's largest shopping centres.

Our implementations emphasize high image quality, a structure designed for weather conditions, and reliable operation in year-round use.

Jidoka Technologies Oy is bringing a new option for advertising and communication to the market, Taxi-top. Taxi-top is a digital, double-sided LED display that sits on top of a taxi. In the Pirkanmaa region, you can spot Taxi-top on the roofs of taxis belonging to Kuortti companies. Ojakadun Mainostoimisto handles the advertising sales for Taxi-top.

The taxi-top device is being tested throughout November and will be rolled out on the roofs of company cars at the beginning of December. From the start of the year, an estimated 100-200 taxis are intended to join from Pirkanmaa, and later the concept will also expand to the Helsinki metropolitan area.

The taxi sign is suitable for all vehicles, it works in all weather conditions and the brightness adjusts automatically. The display does not glare even in the dark. The advertising displays have a sensor that continuously measures the surrounding brightness and adjusts the brightness levels as needed. This way, the brightness of the taxi sign suits the ambient light.

As it can be remotely updated, it can be easily updated at no additional cost. Material is downloaded wirelessly using a 4G connection. This enables advertising to be changed and flexibility in the creation of advertising material. The LED display on top of the taxi is an effective way to reach a large number of people, and cost-effectively.

Jidoka is working closely with Kuortti companies to gather experiences regarding advertising screen solutions on taxi roofs. A briefing on the matter was held at Jidoka's premises on 7 November 2018 at 2:00 PM.
