Sastamalan suurin ulkonäyttö toteutettiin Neste Häijää -liikenneasemalle. Neste Häijää on Sastamalassa sijaitseva monipuolinen Neste -liikenneasema, joka sisältää kattavat liikenneasemapalvelut.
Jättimäinen LED ulkonäyttö tavoittaa tehokkaasti Valtatie 11 liikenteen
Jidoka Technologies Oyn rakentama LED ulkonäyttö on kooltaan 21,5m2 ja se koostuu 28 moduulista eli kokonaisesta näyttöyksiköstä. Näyttöpinta-ala on 3,2 metriä korkea sekä 6,72 metriä leveä. Näyttö on suunnattuna Porista päin tulevalle Valtatie 11 liikenteelle, osoittaen kohti liikenneympyrää. Tarkkuudeltaan LED mainosnäyttö on P10, eli paras katseluelämys on yli 10 metristä. LED yksiköillä kokonaispaino on 1120 kg, kaapelia on vedetty yhteensä useiden satojen metrien edestä ja kahvia kului asennustöiden aikana 47 kuppia.

Mainosnäytön suunnittelu aloitettiin yhteistyössä puoli vuotta aikaisemmin, sisältäen useamman katselmuksen sopivasta sijoituspaikasta ja aina asiakkaan toiveita kuunnellen. Ennen asiakkaalle menoa näyttöä testattiin Jidokan toimistolla vallitsevissa olosuhteissa.
Mainosnäytön kirkkaustasot on säädetty etukäteen viikkojen testien perusteella. Kirkkaus säätyy automaattisesti aina ympäröivän kirkkauden mukaisesti. Ympäristöä tarkkailee kamera, joka ottaa valoisuudesta mittauksia tietyllä aikavälillä, ja tämän mukaan säätää ennalta asetetulle tasolle kirkkauden. Koimme ominaisuuden erittäin tärkeäksi, että näyttö on heti säädetty alusta asti oikein ja testattu, jotta pimeällä ajavalle autoilijalle ei tulisi mahdollista haittaa näytöstä.
Nopea ja sujuva asennusprosessi kahdessa päivässä
Before installation, the client was provided with a precise schedule for the installation work and immediate updates if any specific details regarding the installation became available. The assembly and installation of the screen took a total of 2 days. On the first day, the metal frame was installed in place, to which the LED outdoor screen units were attached. On the same day, the LED outdoor screen's control computer was set up for material display, and user training was provided. On the second day of installation, the cables between the cabinets were connected, and the frame's details were finalised. On-site testing, connection of the light sensor, and confirmation that everything was working as it should were also carried out.
On the third day, further fine-tuning and material scheduling were carried out for the client, to ensure future use is as smooth and easy as possible.
We created a remote connection for advice, allowing us to react quickly and help the customer if needed. Support doesn't end with the completion of the display, as we are always ready to help the customer.
