Nivalan Monitoimihalli (Multi-purpose Hall) is a meeting place for various events, culture and physical activity, which was completed in 2023. The multi-purpose hall features regulation-sized playing areas for volleyball, basketball, floorball, futsal and badminton, among others. In order for the hall to host professional sporting events and matches, the venue wanted to acquire a new scoreboard system.
Large main scoreboard and attack clocks
We installed a large, 18.8-square-metre scoreboard in the still-unfinished hall, along with shot clocks above the baskets. Because the equipment features a P3 pixel pitch, game situations and scoring data are exceptionally sharp and clear from all parts of the stands.
Thanks to the modern system, the hall's three existing smaller screens were integrated as part of the whole. The scoreboard system can also be flexibly controlled when the space is divided into different sections by partition walls.
Versatile display usage options
In addition to match results, the screens can be effectively utilised for digital advertising. The implemented solution creates even better facilities for the new multi-purpose arena. This creates even better and commercially more attractive facilities for the new multi-purpose arena, and serves local clubs and event organisers alike far into the future.
